There are also round diamonds set on each side in an open heart shape design.  There are 4=16pts. of princess cuts that are H SI1 quality, and 32=35pts. of round brilliant cuts that are H SI2 quality.     The ring is 13mm wide at the top, and it weighs 4.5 grams, and is a size 6 1/2.
